Montgomery Staff

Each member of our staff leans into their gifts and talents to support the ministry of Montgomery.

Rebekah Rodgers

Executive Director

Rebekah is passionate about the ministry of Montgomery, and is excited to respond to the call to serve as Director as Montgomery moves into a new season of growth and development. Rebekah loves to study and discuss the Bible and teach young people about nature. She is a member of McIntosh Presbyterian Church, and cherishes time with her husband, Dustin, and their three children on their farm in Cross Creek.

Shannon Moreau

Shannon is a native of northern Vermont. She and her husband moved to Florida six years ago when he retired from the Military. Together they have 6 children and 5 grandchildren. Shannon comes to us with many years of experience in banking, business administration, commercial property management and human resources from her previous employment. Shannon enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, crafting, organizing and camping with her husband and their dog Ruger.

John Raimer

Maintenance Director

John retired from Gainesville Regional Utilities in Sept 2009 when he felt God calling him into the mission field. John has served as a construction manager for church organizations and non-profits for the past 12 years in Louisiana, Alabama, Texas, North and South Carolina, and Florida after natural (Hurricanes) and artificial (fertilizer plant explosion in West, Texas) disasters helping rebuild homes with volunteers.
