$25 registration includes a continental breakfast and lunch on Saturday, as well as workshops, keynote, and materials.

Youth ministry is at once joyous and challenging. One size does NOT fit all. We need each other!  So come for mutual support, good ideas and an update about the Presbytery's Youth Engagement Initiative, which offers every church resources for our shared passion: kids!

Ruling Elder Training: An A -Z Guide - Rev. Craig Davies, Parish Associate at Palms Presbyterian

This practical workshop will cover all of the duties and responsibilities of ruling elders serving on the Session of a local congregation together with a thorough review of the organization and specific responsibilities of the Session.  Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the unique role that ruling elders play in the development of the spiritual life of the congregations they represent.

How to Read Financial Statements - John Ragsdale, Treasurer of the Presbytery

Do you feel confused or intimated by financial statements?  Would you like a better understanding of what your church's statements mean?  You will learn about financials and accounting at a basic level with plenty of time to answer questions.  Please bring a copy of your church's statements with you.

Book of Order and Robert's Rules in 75 Minutes! - Sandra Hedrick

Come for an introduction or a fun refresher! This workshop will cover highlights and recent amendments to the Book of Order and will conclude with an interactive exercise in parliamentary procedure.
