Montgomery in the Community

Montgomery Camp and Conference Center has a rich history of community service. Since the camp's founding in the 1950's, Dr. Montgomery worked with multiple people groups and organizations to enrich the lives of many. Dr. Montgomery's original mission continues with involvement in the following organizations today.

FLYCA (Florida Youth ChalleNGe Academy) Mission: To provide a highly disciplined and motivational environment, free from outside distractions, which fosters academics, leadership, development, personal growth, self-esteem and physical fitness for qualifying high school dropouts.

Senior Champions Fellowship, Inc.

One of the most neglected groups  of people as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, this group of seniors in Clay and Bradford Counties meets daily at Montgomery Center for fellowship, activities, and meals.

Operation Barnabas - A combat Veteran-founded non-profit, committed to assisting fellow veterans, first responders, and their families.

Lake Region Kiwanis Club meets weekly at Montgomery Center. The Lake Region Kiwanis Club is a non-profit  service organization, a member club of the Florida District of Kiwanis, and Kiwanis International. The club is part of a global organization of volunteers dedicated to improving the world one child and one community at a time.

Keystone Heights SafetyNet Alliance - The Keystone SafetyNet was established in October 2019 as a clearing house for services in southern Clay County. This group of faith-based, nonprofit and local government organizations meet monthly to share resources and avoid duplication of services.
